Waveform Signature Analysis In pressworking, a waveform signature is a pictorial or graphical representation of relative movements or amplitude displayed as a rectangular coordinate line-chart. The X or horizontal axis represents units of time, distance, displacement or degrees of crankshaft rotation. The Y or vertical axis usually displays force or amplitude.
